April 19, 2012 Regular Meeting Agenda Item #42 Item Title Advertise Amended Agreement for Use of Facilities Issue/Rationale The amendments to the Agreement for Use of Facilities form are being suggested to clarify the requirements of the use of school facilities by outside organizations and groups and to define when, by whom and under what terms such use is allowable.  This is in accordance with the recommendations of attorneys who advised the Board during the recent workshop.  Amendments to approved forms required that the Board advertise the amendments for public hearing prior to adoption.
